15YO Boy Denied Heart Transplant Because of Behavioural Problems--UPDATE!

I want to be sad for this young man but how can you argue taking away the chance of some other child on the list who hasn't spent there life thus far causing nothing but and getting into trouble.  I wish there was something more I could do, but there isn't.

  I asked myself what could be done, thinking maybe if this became national news the hospital would change there mind. 

I feel as though this story deserves national press, not simply because I feel as though they'd change there tune if it did but maybe this story will ring true into a lot of teenagers and young adults ears that you make the bed you lie in.  Even at the tender age of 15 your life can be cut short from past decisions you've made.   Read the story and leave a comment, let me know what you think after you read after the break..

( 4UMF NEWS ) Miguel Thrown Under Bus By Billboard Awards:


Miguel was ordered not to attempt a dangerous jump over the crowd during his performance at the Billboard Music Awards because producers believed it was too dangerous but the singer ignored them, sources connected to the production say.
Miguel approached producers before rehearsals and asked if he could try to jump over the crowd during his performance but producers shot down the idea, telling Miguel it was just too dangerous.
But when showtime came around, Miguel blew off the order and producers’ fears were realized when he botched the jump and leg dropped a female fan slamming her head against the stage.
Now, the victim’s lawyer says she may have suffered a brain injury as a result and a lawsuit could be on the way.
We reached out to Miguel for comment — but he never called us back.

OMG this is a true story of be careful what you wish for..\
THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik, I truly have f*cked my life.  My wife and I had 3 children and she went from being 5’3 and 120 pounds to weighing 190 after the kids.  Sex sucked because she was so fat, so I started sleeping around and 3 years after she caught on.  Instead of breaking up, she chose to forgive me and we went to couples therapy and I laid it out how her being fat made me not be attracted to her.  So, that very night she dedicated herself to getting fit.  Long story short, 16 months later and my wife has dropped 60 pounds and has muscles and a 6 pack.  She looks very similar to these girls in the picture.  Now here is the issue, Im less attracted to her than when she was fat.  Now she eats crazy healthy food that taste like sh*t and she eats so much fish, in the mornings she tells me how she only poops fish oil.  Then I have to deal with all the HGH she is on, which causes her to talk like a man and break out everywhere.  I swear I thought I was having sex with a man last time we did, her junk is at least 1 inch long.  I’m literally lost about what to do.  Do I start cheating again or just end this, because her temper is insane and I’m scared she will stab me in my sleep.

$1billion dollar baby: Anna Nicole Smith's six-year-old daughter Dannielynn may finally see some of her late mother's fortune in new ruling by Californian judge


It is a legal battle that has dragged on for more than a decade.

But now, Dannielynn Birkhead, the daughter of the late Anna Nicole Smith, may be finally entitled to some of the fortune left by her mother's late husband, oil billionaire J. Howard Marshall.

Although Dannielynn was declared the sole heir to the estate back in 2008, The Supreme Court had ruled that Anna Nicole's estate was not entitled to any of Marshall's fortune.

On Thursday however, a Californian judge said that Dannielynn, who is now six-years-old, is entitled to sanctions against Marshall's family, reports TMZ.

She could now be entitled to up to $49million of Marshall's fortune, which is estimated to be between $500million and $1billion.

The judge made their decision based on allegations that attorneys working for Marshall's estate used unsavory tactics through litigation, including concealing crucial legal documents from Anna's estate lawyers.

Anna Nicole herself went to court after Marshall’s death in 1995, claiming he promised to leave her £200million, even though his will made no mention of her.

After she died from a drug overdose in 2007 aged 39, her lawyers argued that the money should go to Dannielynn, who was fathered by one of her lovers, Larry Birkhead, 37.

But a federal court later ruled that Marshall intended to leave his entire fortune to Pierce Marshall, his son by an earlier marriage.

Anna married oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall in 1994 when she was just 26, and he was 89.

Marshall died a year later.
Meanwhile, Dannielynn is growing up to be the spitting image of her mother, who was aged just 39 when she was found dead in a Florida hotel room.

Her father Larry Birkhead, who was forced to establish paternity in a suit against Smith's then partner and lawyer Howard K. Stern, seems to have done an excellent job raising his daughter by himself.

'I see her mom in everything she does,' Birkhead told UsWeekly.

'We were at the Kentucky Derby and she started smiling and posing like her mom would. People ask me to put her in modelling, but I don't want to push,' he added.

This is horrible, I am a comedian myself.  So to see him brutally verbally attack his own children on stage I was a bit taken back as just about everyone in the audience was when those words flowed out of his mouth.   I understand we all go through issues with our family but we either get over them or move on.  Harboring over an issue with family is an easy solve as long as you know how to approach learn and re-approach if necessary to address the situation.  But that's kind of hard to do after the person you trusted to raise, care and love you says such hurtful things that Mike Epps Uttered out of his mouth. The fact he thought it ok to belittle his eldest children and the mothers who brought them into this world shows you how altered his mind set has become in this industry.  Its a shame but all this will come back and bite him in the ass, guaranteed one way or another.  Check this ridiculous clip after the break.

In my mind Kelly has always been just that genuine for me to believe that she was caught off guard by her own lyrics.  I can almost gurantee this was real. I mean she like Beyoncé is better known for her voice not her acting skills.  So I side with this being an emotional crack she hit on stage.  Others are pegging it as a cry for attention.. But so few give Kelly credit she's magnificent in her own merit. Im proud of her and I wish her nothing but the best.  I enjoyed the performance Kelly wish I was there...Moral of the story is Keeping it real never goes wrong (Disclaimer:I have no way of actually knowing that)

Kanye West the man who doesn't care for much attention on the street as he does off in the studio or on stage (see Kanye West Slice of Humble Pie .) Has landed himself in some hot water with Houston Officials, not allowing the 3 attempted premiers of the video to air in different parts of the city. One showing citing technical difficulties and the other two venues of show the cops just showed up in from what I hear were peaceful crowds and asked everyone to disperse prior to the showing of the controversial clip.  For somebody who doesn't care for much attention he sure has a way of garnering it.  The moral of this story for Moral Mondays is "Sit yo ass down somewhere Kanye". My Honest Opinion: Is the song is dope in the sense that its speaks volumes on not just the racial aspect of America right now but exposes the different attitudes we hold amongst classes; That scares people of the upper crest to know that minorities could educate themselves in anyway especially through someone who's so influential in the world.  Not to say Kanye West wont be here much longer but this song sounds like his stab at Corporate America.  He didn't sound as though he was very happy at all with his current situation.  Besides having to Put up with the Kardashian Klan he has to prepare to being a new father and keeping his sexual exploits under wraps..But as my mama says all the things done in the dark shall come to light.  I really have nothing else to say about Kanye West other then get it together..Its one thing to promote a message but its another one to stand by it.  So stop with all the randomness pick a side and stick with it..

Update** 5/29/13 Im hearing on the low that the reason his video didn't get played in Houston was the cops thought it was offensive to White people..wow!
