15YO Boy Denied Heart Transplant Because of Behavioural Problems--UPDATE!

I want to be sad for this young man but how can you argue taking away the chance of some other child on the list who hasn't spent there life thus far causing nothing but and getting into trouble.  I wish there was something more I could do, but there isn't.

  I asked myself what could be done, thinking maybe if this became national news the hospital would change there mind. 

I feel as though this story deserves national press, not simply because I feel as though they'd change there tune if it did but maybe this story will ring true into a lot of teenagers and young adults ears that you make the bed you lie in.  Even at the tender age of 15 your life can be cut short from past decisions you've made.   Read the story and leave a comment, let me know what you think after you read after the break..

Its been real out in these street damn it getting there.  This is nothing new but it does remind you that not every one has there best interest out for you.   Its a lot of the time the people who are closes to you who mean you the most harm.  A lot of the time we experience a moment where something tells us to leave whoever that is alone but choose to ignore it.  We choose our own path and believe me there are plenty to choose from.  So its best you recognize what it is you what out of life and stick with decisions that will get you there.  From the sounds of the story this man wasn't ever any good. A 21-year-old woman who was four months pregnant was shot and killed in Hartford in April and police said her boyfriend is accused of hiring a hitman to kill her.
Authorities said Carlton “CJ” Bryan, 21, of Windsor, hired a hitman to kill his girlfriend, Shamari Jenkins. On Friday, the prosecutor said they believe it was over Jenkin’s decision not to have an abortion.
Jenkins was shot in the back of the shoulder when she pulled over her Honda sedan at Magnolia and Mather streets on April 29.
The bullet traveled through her torso, said police. She was rushed to St. Francis Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Bryan was a passenger in the car at the time of the shooting and was not hurt in the shooting.
After investigating, police said they believed he was involved in planning Jenkin’s murder.
“Any type of situation where a pregnant woman is killed, often the boyfriend or father becomes someone you would take a minimum look at,” said Lt. Foley of the Hartford Major Crimes Division.
Bryan was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit murder, carrying a pistol without a permit, and making a false statement in the second-degree. Bond for him has been set at $2.5 million.
“It was hard because he told us he didn’t do it, he showed up at the funeral and he showed up at the vigil,” Shakaria Matthews, the victim’s cousin, said.
On Thursday, police charged Matthew Allen Hall-Davis, 28, of Vernon in connection to Jenkin’s murder. Police said Hall-Davis used Bryan’s gun to kill Jenkins.
“We have information we believe that he owned the gun and made it operable and that gun was used to murder Shamari Jenkins,” said Lt. Foley.
Police said Hall-Davis is currently in jail for a robbery that occurred in Manchester on May 23.
Hall-Davis is also charged with conspiracy to commit murder, carrying a pistol without a permit, and criminal possession of a pistol. He is being held on a $1.5 million bond.

  From what I understand the foolery she had on was designed by Riccardo Tisci especially for the MET Gala .I imagine the original name on the draft read "Dusty Hag" cause that's exactly what that dress looks like..seriously.. I bet Kanye and Riccardo had a good laugh later...  Kim I'm only bringing this to your attention because you have a habit of allowing other to control and lead you.  In my mind he gave you that dress and you thinking "Oh how sweet" (This is ugly but I don't want to hurt his feelings or offend his good friend at the Gala so I'll wear it".

Then she goes and Keeks & Tweets her private life with him out to the world (You don't see Tisci doing that) She caught herself trying to make soul food a moment ago and MediaTakeOut has bets going that she boiled the "Fried Chicken" first.  Which im starting to aide with because the meat looked cooked but the crust is soggy (scrunches face) and I cant tell the Banana Pudding from the Macaroni.  Instead of showing her cooking it and taking pictures once it was finished.  I wanted her to post a pic or a video of him actually eating the shit and holding it down.. IJS

Kyle Massey is a 21-year old actor who is best-known for co-starring with Raven Symone in the hit TV show, “That’s So Raven.” This week, Massey announced on his Facebook fan page that he has cancer.
“Not doing good. Just found out I have cancer. Please pray for me,” he said.
Massey didn’t reveal the nature of his health challenges, but Raven Symone shared the message on her page, asking people to pray for her good friend.


Originally from Atlanta, Kyle is a jack of all trades: He sing, dances, acts, rap, does comedy and even does magic. In addition to being a huge part of the show, “That’s So Raven,” he also had a spin-off “Cory in the House,” where he played the main character, Cory Baxter.
He has actually released rap songs for Walt Disney Records and Hollywood Records. He was also the runner-up in the 11th season of “Dancing with the Stars.”

Two US embassy officials have been injured in a shooting after a brawl at a nightclub in the Venezuelan capital, Caracas, police said.
The incident reportedly took place at the Antonella 2012 Club, a pole dancing bar in the Chacao neighbourhood.
The US confirmed two of its embassy staff in Caracas were being treated for non-threatening injuries after an “incident at some sort of social spot”.
Local media named the pair as Roberto Ezequiel Rosas and Paul Marwin.
The shooting happened on Tuesday morning, Venezuelan officials said.
It is not clear whether it occurred inside or outside the club, which is located in an upmarket part of town.
Police said one man was hit in the abdomen, while the other was shot in the leg and abdomen.
“Apparently it was a fight originating in a nightspot where these people were attacked,” Venezuelan police spokesman Duncan Rico told local media.
“Shots were fired at them and they suffered gunshot wounds.”
The US State Department said embassy officials in Caracas were liaising with the two men and their families.
Spokesman Patrick Venetrell said the incident happened in “some sort of social spot or somewhere outside the embassy grounds”.
Caracas is thought to be one of the most dangerous cities in Latin America.
Last year, the government introduced a new gun law banning the sale of firearms and ammunition.

Kanye West the man who doesn't care for much attention on the street as he does off in the studio or on stage (see Kanye West Slice of Humble Pie .) Has landed himself in some hot water with Houston Officials, not allowing the 3 attempted premiers of the video to air in different parts of the city. One showing citing technical difficulties and the other two venues of show the cops just showed up in from what I hear were peaceful crowds and asked everyone to disperse prior to the showing of the controversial clip.  For somebody who doesn't care for much attention he sure has a way of garnering it.  The moral of this story for Moral Mondays is "Sit yo ass down somewhere Kanye". My Honest Opinion: Is the song is dope in the sense that its speaks volumes on not just the racial aspect of America right now but exposes the different attitudes we hold amongst classes; That scares people of the upper crest to know that minorities could educate themselves in anyway especially through someone who's so influential in the world.  Not to say Kanye West wont be here much longer but this song sounds like his stab at Corporate America.  He didn't sound as though he was very happy at all with his current situation.  Besides having to Put up with the Kardashian Klan he has to prepare to being a new father and keeping his sexual exploits under wraps..But as my mama says all the things done in the dark shall come to light.  I really have nothing else to say about Kanye West other then get it together..Its one thing to promote a message but its another one to stand by it.  So stop with all the randomness pick a side and stick with it..

Update** 5/29/13 Im hearing on the low that the reason his video didn't get played in Houston was the cops thought it was offensive to White people..wow!

Ne-Yo’s former baby mama (we’ll explain) is FUMING after the singer went on VH1 and blabbed about their baby drama — and now she’s hired mega attorney Gloria Allred to make him pay.
It’s a pretty complicated story … Ne-Yo used to have a relationship with a woman named Jesseca White. During their time together, Jessica had a baby which Ne-Yo thought was his … turns out, it wasn’t.
The couple reached a settlement agreement in 2009 in which Ne-Yo coughed up $575,000 to Jesseca, who in turn officially said the kid wasn’t his. Ne-Yo was originally listed on the birth certificate as the father, but his name was later removed.
As part of the deal, both sides agreed to a confidentiality clause, promising to never go public with the info. Fast forward to September 2012 … Ne-Yo did an interview with VH1′s “Behind the Music” and spilled the beans on the whole sordid ordeal.
Now, Gloria Allred has fired off a letter to Ne-Yo accusing him of breaking the agreement. Allred claims that because Ne-Yo falsely painted Jesseca as a harlot who lied, broke his heart and then vanished … Jesseca has been defamed, ridiculed and harassed.
According to the letter, Jesseca has been unable to work, was forced to file for state aid, suffers from mental anguish and is “beset by nausea, vomiting and hair loss” thanks to Ne-Yo’s remarks.
Jesseca is asking Ne-Yo to settle the matter amicably out of court (cough, cough $$$$) … otherwise she’ll be forced to pursue more serious legal options.
We reached out to Ne-Yo’s rep — so far, no word back.
