Relatives identified three of the victims in an overnight shooting spree.

Toya Smith, 43, and two of her children were among eight people shot at homes in Dallas and DeSoto, Smith’s family said.

Smith and her 17-year-old daughter, Tasmia Allen, and two others died in the shooting. Smith’s 14-year-old son, Storm Malone, is among four other people shot who were taken to area hospitals.

  One of Tasmia’s friends, a 17-year-old girl, was also injured, Smith’s family said. Her condition isn’t known. The identities of the four remaining victims haven’t been released.

 Smith’s relatives identified the suspect as the woman’s ex-boyfriend, Erbie Bowser, a former Dallas Mavericks ManiAAc dancer.

Dallas police said the man walked into his ex-girlfriend’s southwest Dallas home on Long Canyon Trail late Wednesday and shot four people. Bowser left Dallas and went a DeSoto home on Galleria, police said.

Bowser tossed an explosive device into a home and after it detonated, went inside and shot four people, according to officers. Bowser’s ex-wife, who hasn’t been identified, reportedly owns the DeSoto home where the second shooting happened.

Police have not said whether she is among the victims.

 Dallas police said the man ran out of ammunition and was arrested in DeSoto. News 8 learned the man has tattoos identifying him as a former military.

Police tell News 8 the suspect pretended to be one of the victims when police arrived at the home. The suspect reportedly repeated his name, rank and serial number to police

Seven severed heads were found along a highway outside Guadalajara, further gruesome evidence that drug wars in Mexico‘s second-biggest city are spiraling out of control.
The heads, stuffed into plastic bags, were discovered on the edge of a highway in Jalisco state, authorities said Wednesday.
On Tuesday, the bodies of two 15-year-old boys were found in a forest outside Guadalajara. Luis Ortiz and Andres Barba had allegedly bullied the son of drug kingpin Jose Angel Carrasco aka “El Changel” and “The Zero Five.”
The narcotics lord was arrested in January after a firefight with the army. He was a key leader in the brutal Sinaloa Cartel, which is at war with the Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generacion and Los Caballeros Templarios over multimillion-dollar smuggling routes and incredibly lucrative meth production sites in and around Guadalajara.
Despite assurances from the Mexican government that murder rates are dropping, homicides in Jalisco state increased more than 5 percent during the first five months of 2013, compared with the same period in 2012, according to police.
In March, Jalisco Tourism Minister Jose de Jesus Gallegos was shot dead in an ambush in an upscale Guadalajara neighborhood, just a week after taking office.
State police have not issued a motive for his murder.

So seems like R &B crooner Miguel has gotten himself in some hot water following his Tragic performance at the BillBoard Music Awards earlier this month..  I myself didn't tune in to the whole travesty of a show.   Im not that into Award Ceremonies less I be the one receiving it..But any who I did run out and checked the clip shortly after and giggled my pants off..It was sadly hilarious but all I kept thinking when  I had seen what had happen, was I'd sue the hell out of Miguel for the duckets he has and those to come. Lo and behold weeks later she sought legal council (smart mama). Khyati Shah's attorney, Vip Bhola, tells E! News exclusively that a decision will be made soon on whether to file a lawsuit against Miguel pending Khyati's most recent medical results. He noted that the fan has been experiencing "difficulties" as a result of the incident.

"We will determine that after we have feedback from medical providers," Bhola told E! News, declining to give a timeline on when any civil action might be filed.

 Now the fact that this technology is being released into our schools mainly one of them being Texas concerns me cause that is close to home..
