( 4UMF NEWS ) Anthony Hamilton Arrested:

R&B singer Anthony Hamilton was popped for a DWI early Sunday morning, TMZ has learned.

Cops pulled Anthony over around 2:30 am in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina for speeding — but then suspected he was under the influence and arrested him on charges of driving while impaired.

He was released from jail later Sunday morning.

Anthony is famous for his 2003 hit “Comin from Where I’m From“. Recently he wrote the song “Freedom” for “Django Unchained.”

Calls to Anthony’s rep have not been returned.

A Texas teen has been jailed since late March for what his father says was just a dumb joke he posted on Facebook.
Justin Carter, then 18, and a friend were arguing with a third person about the online video game League of Legends, when Justin made an offhand comment about shooting up a school.
“Someone had said something to the effect of ‘Oh you’re insane, you’re crazy, you’re messed up in the head,’ to which he replied ‘Oh yeah, I’m real messed up in the head, I’m going to go shoot up a school full of kids and eat their still, beating hearts,’” recalled Justin’s dad Jack. “The next two lines were lol and jk.”
But an unidentified woman in Canada who saw Justin’s comment didn’t realize it was supposed to be tongue in cheek, and tracked down the teen’s address using Google.
After noticing that he happened to live near an elementary school, the “concerned citizen” immediately called the cops.
Justin was subsequently arrested and charged with making a terroristic threat — a crime punishable by up to eight years in prison.
“These people are serious. They really want my son to go away to jail for a sarcastic comment that he made,” Jack told KVUE.

A search of Justin’s Austin home turned up no weapons.
The teen’s family has since started a petition to raise awareness of his predicament, and call for a thorough review of terroristic threat laws.
“Justin was the kind of kid who didn’t read the newspaper. He didn’t watch television. He wasn’t aware of current events,” said Jack. “These kids, they don’t realize what they’re doing. They don’t understand the implications. They don’t understand public space.”

Now I myself have been knowing they were charging people with crimes off of facebook post..This is just of the stories that seem that much harder to believe.. Because it was just a sarcastic threat of a crime.  Not to say it shouldn't of been investigated, but to go as far as a arresting a teenager ...wow

( 4UMF NEWS ) Teen Overdoses On Soy Sauce:
A 19-year-old survived a dangerous sodium overdose after drinking more than a quart of soy sauce on a dare, according to a case study in the Journal of Emergency Medicine.
After drinking a quart of the sodium-heavy condiment, the teenager slipped into coma with seizure-like activity. He was rushed to the hospital, where doctors determined he was suffering from hypernatremia, a metabolic condition in which there is a salt imbalance in the bodily fluids.
Eventually doctors determined that he had ingested 160 to 170 grams of sodium from the soy sauce, a potentially lethal dose for his weight and build. He had effectively overdosed on sodium.
“He didn’t respond to any of the stimuli that we gave him,” Dr. David J. Carlberg, who treated the patient as an emergency room physician at University of Virginia Medical Center, told LiveScience. “He had some clonus, which is just elevated reflexes. It’s a sign that basically the nervous system wasn’t working very well.”
According to the NIH, severe hypernatremia can result in excessive sodium in bodily fluid, which causes excess water to flow into cells to balance sodium levels. While some cells can handle the swelling, in brain cells the excess swelling can lead to neurological damage or death. Other symptoms include mental confusion, convulsions, fatigue, and nausea.
While in the past, doctors slowly lowered sodium levels in patients suffering from hypernatremia in order to protect the body from further shock, in this case doctors worked quickly to lower the patient’s sodium level as soon as possible to protect his brain. They quickly tried to flush the salt from his system with a water-and-sugar-based solution in an effort to protect his brain from lasting damage.
Eventually the doctors were able to stabilize the patient, even though he remained in a coma. After three days he woke up from the coma without suffering any lasting neurological damage.
While death from sodium is incredibly rare, it is not unheard of. According to the case study’s authors, in ancient China, salt overdoses were one traditional way to commit suicide.

Ladies we get so caught up on all these ladies chasing our men in the industry and making sure they know there name (Groupie, slut, hoe, lot lizard, boppa, etc,) but what about the fellows that have been gracefully touting it up in the industry.  I mean if Married Radio DJ Mister Cee isn't cautionary tale I don't know what is.  This dude done ran through all his groupies got caught once and aint learned his lesson it wasn't but 2-3 weeks ago he was arrested for soliciting sex again from a man. SMDH now he saying somebody out to set him up.. Really so they set you up to be there at that point in time asking people for favors.  No see officer its the other way around "Your under citizens arrest for prostitution". lol...

Then you got ol boy Kerry Rhodes who ex is trying to pull him out the closet his. So his ex assistant/boo  told how him and Kerry kept the relationship under wraps all those years.  To think he's dated the likes of Jennifer Hudson, Chrissette Michelle and Vivica Fox.  \


 

That's why its best we start keeping our precious pocketbooks to ourselves honey.  Make these men prove themselves to us and stop accepting them as is and let them know its going to be requisite you must meet before you can come to my front door.  I have no problem with someones sexual preference or fetishes but be upfront with that from jump.  There's some couples out there that make scenarios like these work, like most relationships some are healthy and some not.  So why you sitting there worrying about all these Females eyeing your dude need to be checking out his entourage, who he keeps around him . I'm just saying lets not be Naïve.  I've learned 3 things about myself that would help deflect the pain in the long run if it ever happened to me. Im not going to be with another man who makes less then 40Million a year after taxes. In the pre-nuptial (Yes, Pre-nup I plan on being paid to) it'll state if you cheat on me with a woman I get half of what you made every year since we've been married and I keep the kids.  If you cheat on me with a man I get everything you've made since we've been married and you keep the kids.  I got to go find me a real man while you raise them, cause apparently that's what you wanted.   To play mama.. Im just saying.

Were just getting started.  We cant sleep that wind that came through here last night had me thinking I was caught up in the rapture. I couldnt bare it another night like that alone so I kidnapped my niece and my familys dog and brought em both out here to the North Side od Dallas.  Just me my niece, Mia the Dog and my crazy azz.

They may have dueted on Mariah Carey’s “Up Out of My Face,” but the idea of working with Nicki Minaj on “American Idol” apparently strikes a sour note with the 42-year-old diva.
After news surfaced that Minaj is nearing a deal to join Carey on the judges’ panel for the Fox singing competition, an irate Carey hung up on a phone call with producers, TMZ reported.
Sources told the gossip site that the “We Belong Together” singer thought she belonged as the only woman on the panel.
The 29-year-old Minaj surfaced as the frontrunner for one of the vacancies left by outgoing “Idol” judges Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler in an US Weekly report Monday.
“I’m not sure the deal is completely done yet, but yes, she is definitely doing it,” a source told the magazine. “A few more things to sign off on but it is happening.”
Minaj and Carey would give the show a heavy New York presence. Minaj hails from Jamaica, Queens, and Carey was born and raised on Long Island.
But other bold-face names are still being considered — especially if holdover Randy Jackson moves over into a mentor role as has been widely reported. Country singers Brad Paisley and Keith Urban and producer Pharrell Wiliams have been rumored to be in the mix.
