( 4UMF NEWS ) Former NFL Star Busted On Drug Charges:
David Terrell‘s post-NFL story has apparently taken another dark turn.
The former receiver and noted draft bust has been charged with felony manufacturing or delivery of cannabis and a misdemeanor count of battery, according to several reports.
ESPN Chicago is reporting that Chicago Police was called to the Bronzeville section of town after reports of marijuana smoke in the area. Terrell was on the scene and interviewed by police in an area where cannabis scales and drug paraphernalia were in sight.
The police report states that Terrell struck the hand of one officer after which he was taken into custody, along with two other men. A different police officer was treated at a local hospital after Terrell attempted to resist arrest, the report said.
The report also indicates an oddity: Terrell’s NFL bio lists his birthday as March 13, 1979, but the police report notes it as April 13, 1978. It’s not clear if that was a police error or if Terrell falsified his birth date. Weird.
This is not the first run-in with the law for the eighth overall pick of the 2001 draft. Terrell previously was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery in 2012 after he allegedly grabbed his ex-girlfriend in his apartment.
Terrell last played in the NFL with the Broncos in 2005 after stints with the Patriots and Bears, the team that drafted him. In 54 career games, most of which were with the Bears, Terrell caught 128 passes for 1,602 yards and nine touchdowns.

( 4UMF NEWS ) Teen Dead In Birthday Party Shoot Out:
What was supposed to be a celebration turned to tragedy after a young girl’s birthday party ended with several teens being shot.
Authorities reported that 17 year-old Shakir Williams was killed and four teen others were hurt after gunfire erupted at a 15-year-old girl’s birthday party in New Jersey.
It’s not yet clear what prompted the shooting at the party or whether the shooter was a party goer or an uninvited guest.
According to teen witnesses, the gruesome end to the celebrations was completely unexpected.
‘It was crazy. Like, we were all having fun and just that one person wanted to start something and it just happened,’ a young female party goer told NBC 10 Philadelphia.
Eye witnesses told the news station that shooter had been biding their time at the party for a while before they suddenly opened up fire.
‘I was sitting on the couch and I just saw him walking and he just started shooting into the crowd. Everybody started running he was walking back to the door and was still shooting,’ another teen told NBC.
After the shots were fired the reported 100 party goers spilled out into the street.
‘Kids all around, cops all around and screaming and yelling … just total chaos,’ Hector Jordan, a neighbor, told reporters.
Mercer County First Assistant Prosecutor Angelo Onofri described the scene to NJ.com similarly, saying, ‘It was chaos. The officers had to clear everyone, they did not know if the shooter was or was not in their midst.’
At this time the shooter still remains at large and the teens in attendance told authorities they did not recognize the gunman, NBC reported.
Onofri said that once police were able to get through the crowds into the house they found 17 year-old Williams shot multiple times, apparently in the living room, and pronounced him dead at the scene a short time later.
William’s family members told NBC that he was a ‘good kid and was not known to get into fights.’
Authorities are still working to determine whether Williams was the shooter’s intended target.
Onofri said a 17 year-old boy remained hospitalized in critical but stable condition after undergoing surgery for wounds to the torso, arms, leg and groin.
Two other teens, ages 17 and 18, were shot in the leg, while a fourth victim was hit in the calf. All three were treated at a hospital and released.
Authorities say dozens of people, mostly teens and young adults attended the party, at which there was underage drinking taking place.
According to NJ.com the birthday girl’s 23 year-old brother was charging a $3 cover for boys and $2 cover for girls at the door. The young girl’s mother and stepfather were also home during the party.

Seven severed heads were found along a highway outside Guadalajara, further gruesome evidence that drug wars in Mexico‘s second-biggest city are spiraling out of control.
The heads, stuffed into plastic bags, were discovered on the edge of a highway in Jalisco state, authorities said Wednesday.
On Tuesday, the bodies of two 15-year-old boys were found in a forest outside Guadalajara. Luis Ortiz and Andres Barba had allegedly bullied the son of drug kingpin Jose Angel Carrasco aka “El Changel” and “The Zero Five.”
The narcotics lord was arrested in January after a firefight with the army. He was a key leader in the brutal Sinaloa Cartel, which is at war with the Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generacion and Los Caballeros Templarios over multimillion-dollar smuggling routes and incredibly lucrative meth production sites in and around Guadalajara.
Despite assurances from the Mexican government that murder rates are dropping, homicides in Jalisco state increased more than 5 percent during the first five months of 2013, compared with the same period in 2012, according to police.
In March, Jalisco Tourism Minister Jose de Jesus Gallegos was shot dead in an ambush in an upscale Guadalajara neighborhood, just a week after taking office.
State police have not issued a motive for his murder.

So seems like R &B crooner Miguel has gotten himself in some hot water following his Tragic performance at the BillBoard Music Awards earlier this month..  I myself didn't tune in to the whole travesty of a show.   Im not that into Award Ceremonies less I be the one receiving it..But any who I did run out and checked the clip shortly after and giggled my pants off..It was sadly hilarious but all I kept thinking when  I had seen what had happen, was I'd sue the hell out of Miguel for the duckets he has and those to come. Lo and behold weeks later she sought legal council (smart mama). Check the statement.

 

Khyati Shah's attorney, Vip Bhola, tells E! News exclusively that a decision will be made soon on whether to file a lawsuit against Miguel pending Khyati's most recent medical results. He noted that the fan has been experiencing "difficulties" as a result of the incident.

"We will determine that after we have feedback from medical providers," Bhola told E! News, declining to give a timeline on when any civil action might be filed.

Damn why couldn't Miguel Karate kicked me in the Head, damn its always the lucky ones.

Ne-Yo’s former baby mama (we’ll explain) is FUMING after the singer went on VH1 and blabbed about their baby drama — and now she’s hired mega attorney Gloria Allred to make him pay.
It’s a pretty complicated story … Ne-Yo used to have a relationship with a woman named Jesseca White. During their time together, Jessica had a baby which Ne-Yo thought was his … turns out, it wasn’t.
The couple reached a settlement agreement in 2009 in which Ne-Yo coughed up $575,000 to Jesseca, who in turn officially said the kid wasn’t his. Ne-Yo was originally listed on the birth certificate as the father, but his name was later removed.
As part of the deal, both sides agreed to a confidentiality clause, promising to never go public with the info. Fast forward to September 2012 … Ne-Yo did an interview with VH1′s “Behind the Music” and spilled the beans on the whole sordid ordeal.
Now, Gloria Allred has fired off a letter to Ne-Yo accusing him of breaking the agreement. Allred claims that because Ne-Yo falsely painted Jesseca as a harlot who lied, broke his heart and then vanished … Jesseca has been defamed, ridiculed and harassed.
According to the letter, Jesseca has been unable to work, was forced to file for state aid, suffers from mental anguish and is “beset by nausea, vomiting and hair loss” thanks to Ne-Yo’s remarks.
Jesseca is asking Ne-Yo to settle the matter amicably out of court (cough, cough $$$$) … otherwise she’ll be forced to pursue more serious legal options.
We reached out to Ne-Yo’s rep — so far, no word back.
