HOUSTON — A 17-year-old Houston mother has been charged with child endangerment after her toddler was hospitalized for alcohol poisoning.

Houston police say the year-old girl has recovered from the February incident. The child’s blood alcohol level was 0.268 — more than three times the adult legal limit for driving in Texas — after allegedly consuming vodka.

Harris County jail records on Wednesday did not immediately list information on the mother or her 25-year-old sister, who’s also charged with child endangerment.
A criminal complaint says the child’s aunt told police she let the toddler drink some of her alcoholic beverage. Her goal was to get the baby drunk, so the child would stop crying. The two women later dropped the child off at another relative’s home, where the girl began vomiting.
Child Protective Services has placed the girl with relatives other than the two suspects.

Mobetta Monologues: Part 1-The Bottom

Monologue: At times I sit and ask myself, Why am I still here?  There’s so many people who deserve to still be here, like Malcolm X, Martin Luther King and Jesus.  Which put’s the thought in my mind, I must be in my own personal hell and the place they venture off to is to be envious of.  So the fact my life is still in function and transition tells me I’ve been a naughty girl not yet worth leaving this plane yet.  Which is a slap in the face of all that I do.  Well in my mind anyways. 

Not to say I don’t want to be here.  But living in a world where people think having the latest fashion accessory is the end all and be all of everything sacred can get a bit depressing.

I grew up not wanting for anything and not to say I had everything, just more then what others did (From what I was told).  Its just we didn’t have a 3^rdof what we had back then.  I mean yea, Nintendo  and Sega was the must haves of my decade growing up.  But it wasn’t a deal breaker on life, it’s like if you didn’t have the system itself you knew like 4-5 of your other friends who did.  Now mind you I had Sega and Nintendo.  Its just when you had that there wasn’t much more to feign about.  I wasn’t a big fashion freak growing up being the last out of four girls.  I found myself going out the way to be different.  I ‘ve never wanted to be part of the crowd.   You can say I was my “Father’s” Honorary little boy by choice.  I was the one he woke up at 6 o’clock in the morning to help him cut the grass or take the trash to the dump.  (Yea there was a point in time we had too do that.)

Kindergarten for me was a fairytale in my head only I’d take the time to remember.  They had the Stop light system which I always seemed to manager to fail by always being on red.  Not to say I didn’t get in trouble but it wasn’t the type of trouble to deter you from a life of talking in class and goofing off or flirting while the teacher is trying to give a lesson.

  All I can remember from that point in time is tuning out my teaching and having the biggest crush one could ever have on the whitest boy in the room.  His name was Brandon.  We use to sneak kisses during story time and hold hands during lunch.  They had to separate us eventually because it became to freakishly obvious that a black girl and a white boy had fell into puppy love.   It was confusing at the time. 

Even, more now.  Considering the lackadaisical way we treat crushes of young children now.  Back then you would of thought it was a crime.  Now adays you see Kindergarten proms and dances and you wonder where was this when I was a child.  Im thinking everyone just became more accepting of the fact that there kids are heterosexual.  I don’t know who can say for sure.  All I do know is that I haven’t felt the same about a white boy sense.  Not to say I wouldn’t date one but it sure does make it taboo from the first one not working out as I thought it would.   I swore I was going to bear his children but by the time we made it 8^th grade he barely even remembered he knew me, so much for that. 

 

I grew up believing in my mind there's nothing I cant do if I try.. I've fought ever since I got out the house to hold on to that belief so check out the next monologue to see just how... Peace  @Ms_Mobetta #SexInTheHood

Woman Arrested for Twerking infront of Kids?!

                                                   
Ok so wait that's a woman?  I'm just lost as to why,  if anybody twerking should be a crime Miley Cyrus should be the first example of cracking down on unnecessary movement of one's ass cheeks.  I'm too thru read the rest after the drop watch the video from @Tjsotomayor as well for his special report on it.


Woman Arrested For Twerking:
A homeless woman has been arrested after twerking in front of a Florida school bus.
Valerie Dixon has been charged with disorderly conduct after her ‘vulgar’ display in front of children on Tuesday.
The 27-year-old allegedly bent over and started twerking, with one hand on her ankle and the other on her genitals. Dixon was spotted bent over at the waist by a Lake County deputy who said she was ‘dancing in a vulgar manner’. The deputy said children on the school bus were watching as the 27-year-old danced.
It is not the first time twerking has got over-enthusiastic dancers in trouble.
The popular trend, which now appears in the Oxford dictionary, sparked Miley Cyrus’s controversial appearance at the MTV awards. The craze also led to 30 San Diego high school students being suspended after they made a video of them twerking on campus earlier this year.
Dixon is said to have had several complaints made against her in previous years and has been banned from several businesses in the area. She had no previous criminal charges, according to News 13.
Dixon was released from jail on Wednesday after posting a $250 bond, and is due to appear in court on October 22.

We already mentioned that Dwyane Wade’s ex-wife has a crazy eye, and now there is more proof. Siohvaughn Funches-Wade is currently sitting in a Chicago street with a hand written cardboard sing sign that partially reads “Mother Of His Children On The Streets.”
Deadspin reports:
A tipster just sent along the picture you see above. That’s Dwyane Wade’s ex-wife, Siohvaughn Funches, in the middle of what appears to be some kind of meltdown. Our tipster tells us that he briefly overheard Funches ranting about “$90 million contracts” and “houses on the water.” Earlier this month, Funches sued Wade over proceeds from his endorsement deals.
This is actually very, very sad. There is no doubt that her two sons, who Dwyane Wade has custody of, will see these photos of their mother. Recently, Funches-Wade sued her ex-husband for almost $1 million in money she claimed to be owed from their divorce settlement. However, despite claiming to be unable to her mortgage, she voluntarily dropped the lawsuit last week.
But what may be the greatest travesty here is that whoever wrote the sign seen in these images seems to have, at least initially, misspelled “children.”
