( 4UMF NEWS ) Teen Jailed Over Facebook Post:
A Texas teen has been jailed since late March for what his father says was just a dumb joke he posted on Facebook.
Justin Carter, then 18, and a friend were arguing with a third person about the online video game League of Legends, when Justin made an offhand comment about shooting up a school.
“Someone had said something to the effect of ‘Oh you’re insane, you’re crazy, you’re messed up in the head,’ to which he replied ‘Oh yeah, I’m real messed up in the head, I’m going to go shoot up a school full of kids and eat their still, beating hearts,’” recalled Justin’s dad Jack. “The next two lines were lol and jk.”
But an unidentified woman in Canada who saw Justin’s comment didn’t realize it was supposed to be tongue in cheek, and tracked down the teen’s address using Google.
After noticing that he happened to live near an elementary school, the “concerned citizen” immediately called the cops.
Justin was subsequently arrested and charged with making a terroristic threat — a crime punishable by up to eight years in prison.
“These people are serious. They really want my son to go away to jail for a sarcastic comment that he made,” Jack told KVUE.

A search of Justin’s Austin home turned up no weapons.
The teen’s family has since started a petition to raise awareness of his predicament, and call for a thorough review of terroristic threat laws.
“Justin was the kind of kid who didn’t read the newspaper. He didn’t watch television. He wasn’t aware of current events,” said Jack. “These kids, they don’t realize what they’re doing. They don’t understand the implications. They don’t understand public space.”

Now I myself have been knowing they were charging people with crimes off of facebook post..This is just of the stories that seem that much harder to believe.. Because it was just a sarcastic threat of a crime.  Not to say it shouldn't of been investigated, but to go as far as a arresting a teenager ...wow

Robin Thicke, was arrested in Manhattan for possession of marijuana. According to TheDailyNews, Thicke, was taken into custody at 12:25 p.m. by police officers who saw him smoking in a Cadillac Escalade with another passenger. A source says they were not driving and it was only a small amount of marijuana recovered!

Chris Brown was so paranoid about keeping his attendance at Rihanna's birthday party a big fat secret -- he actually tried to FORCE partygoers to sign confidentiality agreements ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us, Chris refused to enter the private party Monday night at the famous Hearst Mansion in Beverly Hills until everyone signed an NDA -- sending his henchmen in beforehand to gather every partygoer's signature.

We're told although they didn't get EVERYONE to sign -- Chris eventually walked in ... and spent a huge chunk of the night nuzzling up against Rihanna.

According to sources, the two got real intimate -- sitting next to each other, talking, and holding hands ... all perfectly legal ever since the restraining order was lifted.

As for the rest of the party -- we're told it was jam-packed with celebs including Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, and Chris Martin (no Gwyneth).

Rihanna's cake was pretty badass too -- a giant spliff ... with a small Rihanna made out of icing, riding it like a horse.

So far I got 1 out of 3 right... Diamond was on my top 4 who could possibly be on the Atl Love & HipHop. (See Link http://www.lastbiatchstanding.blogspot.com/2012/02/love-hiphop-atl.html).. So apparently we already have a DownSouth Yandy her name is Rici (Pictured Below). We have an Olivia with Diamond. Reason I compared the both of them is because there both Talented Female artist who've seen the top just haven't been able to get thereselves back on top as of yet.. Rasheeda she's hard to call she could easily be a Teairra Mari or a Emily, I dont know much about her. Other then I like her swagg. She carries herself very well, you never hear her in Drama like that and I enjoyed that BedRock Remix with her and Toya a few years back.. From what I hear she been in the game for a minute in da ATL and all over. She's originally from Chi-Town.. So Im excited check the rest of the scoop below..

Word on the curb is that those Yung Joc nude shots came from her private stash… (but you didn’t hear that from me).

Diamond and Rasheeda are all aboard.


Rasheeda is a well-known and respected female rapper… at least in Atlanta, where she’s made waves with quite a few singles.


She once joined forces with her BFF Kandi Burruss of The Real Housewives of Atlanta along with Toya Carter Wright, Lola Monroe and Diamond for a female version of the song Bedrock.


Diamond, formerly of the group Crime Mob, has made quite a few hood anthems herself but I’m not too privy on most of em. Diamond is known as a hustler and wants to make it in the game by any means necessary.

There finally going to prosecute the JackAss who killed the Jennifer Hudsons Mother Darnell, Brother Jason & Nephew Julian Hudson after 3 1/2 years.  I know Jennifer and Julia Hudson must be grieving at the thought of even having to face him after all this time has passed without there loved ones by there side.  I get inferiorated just thinking about someone laying a hand on one of my family members, so I can only imagine your worst fear being multiplied by 3.  Young Julian Hudson only 7 years old at the time would be all of 10 years old now.  He had only just begun living at that age realizing what was right and wrong, being held accountable for his actions.  7 is just the age you reach when your old enough to play outside by yourself in most neighborhoods.  Who would of thought at such a tender age one would be taken as violently and horrendously as young Julian Hudson was from this earth. Rest In Peace and may Justice be Served in your memory.-Mobetta

A judge on Thursday ordered a man charged in the 2008 Chicago slayings of Jennifer Hudson’s mother and two other family members to stand trial in April, despite the objections of his attorney, who said she was not ready. After listening to William Balfour’s attorney say she’s still building her case, a clearly exasperated Cook County Judge William Charles Burns said it didn’t appear she was making any progress and set a date. Burns, who suggested he wanted to start the trial next month, instead ordered jury selection to start April 9 and testimony to begin April 23. He said he expected the trial to last about three or four weeks.

Amy Thompson, a deputy public defender, said despite working 12 to 14 hours a day on the case, she could not answer that she was ready for trial, as prosecutors had done. “We’re not prepared for trial at this time,” she said. Balfour, 30, is the estranged husband of Hudson’s sister, Julia Hudson. He is charged with first-degree murder in the October 2008 slayings of the Hudson sisters’ mother, Darnell Donerson, their brother, Jason Hudson, and Julia Hudson’s 7-year-old son, Julian King.
Prosecutors allege that Balfour, using a gun he stole from Jason Hudson, shot the three in a jealous rage because he was angry that Julia Hudson had been dating another man. He is accused of shooting Donerson and Jason Hudson in their South Side home, and then grabbing the boy and shooting him inside Jason Hudson’s SUV. The boy’s body was found three days later in the vehicle on the city’s West Side
