$1billion dollar baby: Anna Nicole Smith's six-year-old daughter Dannielynn may finally see some of her late mother's fortune in new ruling by Californian judge


It is a legal battle that has dragged on for more than a decade.

But now, Dannielynn Birkhead, the daughter of the late Anna Nicole Smith, may be finally entitled to some of the fortune left by her mother's late husband, oil billionaire J. Howard Marshall.

Although Dannielynn was declared the sole heir to the estate back in 2008, The Supreme Court had ruled that Anna Nicole's estate was not entitled to any of Marshall's fortune.

On Thursday however, a Californian judge said that Dannielynn, who is now six-years-old, is entitled to sanctions against Marshall's family, reports TMZ.

She could now be entitled to up to $49million of Marshall's fortune, which is estimated to be between $500million and $1billion.

The judge made their decision based on allegations that attorneys working for Marshall's estate used unsavory tactics through litigation, including concealing crucial legal documents from Anna's estate lawyers.

Anna Nicole herself went to court after Marshall’s death in 1995, claiming he promised to leave her £200million, even though his will made no mention of her.

After she died from a drug overdose in 2007 aged 39, her lawyers argued that the money should go to Dannielynn, who was fathered by one of her lovers, Larry Birkhead, 37.

But a federal court later ruled that Marshall intended to leave his entire fortune to Pierce Marshall, his son by an earlier marriage.

Anna married oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall in 1994 when she was just 26, and he was 89.

Marshall died a year later.
Meanwhile, Dannielynn is growing up to be the spitting image of her mother, who was aged just 39 when she was found dead in a Florida hotel room.

Her father Larry Birkhead, who was forced to establish paternity in a suit against Smith's then partner and lawyer Howard K. Stern, seems to have done an excellent job raising his daughter by himself.

'I see her mom in everything she does,' Birkhead told UsWeekly.

'We were at the Kentucky Derby and she started smiling and posing like her mom would. People ask me to put her in modelling, but I don't want to push,' he added.

This is horrible, I am a comedian myself.  So to see him brutally verbally attack his own children on stage I was a bit taken back as just about everyone in the audience was when those words flowed out of his mouth.   I understand we all go through issues with our family but we either get over them or move on.  Harboring over an issue with family is an easy solve as long as you know how to approach learn and re-approach if necessary to address the situation.  But that's kind of hard to do after the person you trusted to raise, care and love you says such hurtful things that Mike Epps Uttered out of his mouth. The fact he thought it ok to belittle his eldest children and the mothers who brought them into this world shows you how altered his mind set has become in this industry.  Its a shame but all this will come back and bite him in the ass, guaranteed one way or another.  Check this ridiculous clip after the break.

There finally going to prosecute the JackAss who killed the Jennifer Hudsons Mother Darnell, Brother Jason & Nephew Julian Hudson after 3 1/2 years.  I know Jennifer and Julia Hudson must be grieving at the thought of even having to face him after all this time has passed without there loved ones by there side.  I get inferiorated just thinking about someone laying a hand on one of my family members, so I can only imagine your worst fear being multiplied by 3.  Young Julian Hudson only 7 years old at the time would be all of 10 years old now.  He had only just begun living at that age realizing what was right and wrong, being held accountable for his actions.  7 is just the age you reach when your old enough to play outside by yourself in most neighborhoods.  Who would of thought at such a tender age one would be taken as violently and horrendously as young Julian Hudson was from this earth. Rest In Peace and may Justice be Served in your memory.-Mobetta

A judge on Thursday ordered a man charged in the 2008 Chicago slayings of Jennifer Hudson’s mother and two other family members to stand trial in April, despite the objections of his attorney, who said she was not ready. After listening to William Balfour’s attorney say she’s still building her case, a clearly exasperated Cook County Judge William Charles Burns said it didn’t appear she was making any progress and set a date. Burns, who suggested he wanted to start the trial next month, instead ordered jury selection to start April 9 and testimony to begin April 23. He said he expected the trial to last about three or four weeks.

Amy Thompson, a deputy public defender, said despite working 12 to 14 hours a day on the case, she could not answer that she was ready for trial, as prosecutors had done. “We’re not prepared for trial at this time,” she said. Balfour, 30, is the estranged husband of Hudson’s sister, Julia Hudson. He is charged with first-degree murder in the October 2008 slayings of the Hudson sisters’ mother, Darnell Donerson, their brother, Jason Hudson, and Julia Hudson’s 7-year-old son, Julian King.
Prosecutors allege that Balfour, using a gun he stole from Jason Hudson, shot the three in a jealous rage because he was angry that Julia Hudson had been dating another man. He is accused of shooting Donerson and Jason Hudson in their South Side home, and then grabbing the boy and shooting him inside Jason Hudson’s SUV. The boy’s body was found three days later in the vehicle on the city’s West Side

When you look at this picture what do you see?  Do see a woman who's been pregnant for the last 9/12-10 months? What I'm about to present to you are facts.. Now what the media was reporting was that Beyonce gone in for a scheduled C-Section which any woman who's had to go through the same thing understood, everyone else "Who couldn't tell they cooch from a hole in da wall"-Poetic Justice"As I digress, #FacedAss : ) Im just trying to biased here, im not here to tell you she pulled the wool over  your eyes in regards to this surrogate everyone keeps referencing back to in the media.  First off if Beyonce & Jay-Z paid me Millions of Millions of Dpllars (Not Dollas, Fux Dollas,but Dollars) to carry there Spawn well then damnnit where the hell do I sign up at...Shhhhhittt!! Please let me duck off somewhere with Jay & Bey and come back with more cheddar than Dorritos mo cheese then chester cheeto's, best believe thats for damn sho!! Eyyyy eyyy! #MobettaFlow...(Breaths in, Exhales) (Starts again And I wouldnt say a thang!! A Thang!! Tooooo noooobodddy! Her birth was emotional and extremely peaceful, we are in heaven. She was delivered naturally at a healthy 7 lbs and it was the best experience of both of our lives. We are thankful to everyone for all your prayers, well wishes, love and support.”

So now you see she had the baby naturally supposedly what else are you going to believe her whole family was in the room its rumored that she finallye mad up with her Father Matthew Knowles on day of the birth he was there to experience the welcoming of his precious GrandDaughter Blue Ivy Carter.

Such a beautiful story right how perfectly everything begun and ended for little Blue Ivy Carter either way people she's here at the end of the day, they made sure of that with there speedy get away from the hospital (reported) so be prepared for children on or around her age to be man handled and bo-guarded by her Pre-school special security detail, tossed to the side from the see-saw for her first outing with Nas's now toddler son with Kelis, Sir Knight & Shining armor for there for first date.
