This is awful news I wished they'd chosen a better way of handling things, instead of being so violent. Like I can understand being part of a Group or a Gang of people, but you have to be careful with what your purpose of you group is. I would hope violence wouldn't be one of your purpose's.
(CNN)Gunfire erupted Sunday among rival biker gangs in Waco, Texas, leaving at least nine people dead, according to police.
This is awful news I wished they'd chosen a better way of handling things, instead of being so violent. Like I can understand being part of a Group or a Gang of people, but you have to be careful with what your purpose of you group is. I would hope violence wouldn't be one of your purpose's.
(CNN)Gunfire erupted Sunday among rival biker gangs in Waco, Texas, leaving at least nine people dead, according to police.
Authorities had anticipated trouble and pre-positioned officers.
"There were at least three rival gang groups here this morning for whatever reason. As they were here, we had officers on scene.
We expected issues," said Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton, a police spokesman. He later said there were at least five gangs.
The fight broke out at Twin Peaks restaurant and spilled into the parking lot. It quickly escalated from hands and feet, as weapons, to gunfire, Swanton said.
"In my nearly 35 years of law enforcement experience," he said, "this is the most violent and gruesome scene that I have dealt with."
Bikers shot at each other and at officers, who returned fire.
Why couldn't you all co-exist with one another, if you didn't wear jackets nobody would even know who you were to hate you. #IJS if activity was that bad, how would you feel if one of your family members where out to eat and got killed in the crossfire of some silliness..#SMDH Wake up people it's to Relax, Relate & Release, we may not all be the same but we can all realte in one way or another..

So first thing I thought when I read the Headline was, "That's why I'm not for all this Open Border mess and unaccompanied minors. These children are coming from third world countries 14 to them is like saying 27 in adult years. They had to grow up faster than the average child.
This isn't the first case of mayhem an illegal or any illegal unaccompanied minor or adult has committed crimes on American soil.
I'm surprise they even admitted on the news it was an illegal minor, you know there so for pushing open borders and helping anyone out. Which I'm all for we just need to take care of home first. There's to much at stake there's already 92 Million Americans not Working; Saying that it sounds cruel and selfish, except you have to remember is that we are all one, we have an eclectic mix of American Citizens from all over, we don't need no more. We need to fix the issue of the unemployed before we go inviting 10-12 million people from else where right now. I'm not saying ever but there has to be a better solution then to just everyone in.
So ask yourself this, are you ready to live in a Third World Country?

If more black people got off the fact they think republicans are trying to hurt you and actually take the time to listen to them on CSPAN or other outlets on the actual reason why there doing this. I can honestly say as a black woman you'd understand what there fighting for and that's for us.
It's disheartening to see so many people not being aware of the real deal I can only imagine how the congress member's fighting on our behalf feels seeing all these people against them when there fighting for you. Kind of how Batman feel's fighting evil only to have the cops have beef with him for no apparent reason other then he's doing there job and then some.

Via ABC reports: The NAACP was “outraged” over the not-guilty verdict in the George Zimmerman murder trial and called on the Department of Justice to prosecute Zimmerman for shooting Trayvon Martin. “We are outraged and heartbroken over today’s verdict,” NAACP President Benjamin Jealous said in a statement. “We will pursue civil rights charges with the Department of Justice, we will continue to fight for the removal of Stand Your Ground laws in every state, and we will not rest until racial profiling in all its forms is outlawed,” Jealous said.
A civil rights probe had previously been opened by the Department of Justice and a spokeswoman said the department would continue to “evaluate the evidence generated during the federal investigation, as well as the evidence and testimony from the state trial.” Zimmerman shot and killed Martin in Sanford on Feb. 26, 2012. Zimmerman, 29, maintains he shot Martin, 17, in self-defense, while the state argued that Zimmerman “profiled” Martin and concluded he was a criminal. The case took on racial overtones after police declined to charge Zimmerman, who is white and Hispanic. Martin was black.
A woman named Barbara told ABC News she had traveled from Georgia to be outside the courthouse for the verdict. “I just thought we were going to get some kind of justice,” she said, calling it a “cruel system.” Martin’s parents were not in the courtroom when the verdict was read, however his father, Tracy Martin, tweeted after that he was “brokenhearted.” “Even though I am broken hearted my faith is unshattered I WILL ALWAYS LOVE MY BABY TRAY,” Martin wrote. “Thanks to everyone who are with us and who will be with us so we together can make sure that this doesn’t happen again,” he said. Rev. Jesse Jackson tweeted that the “American legal system has once again failed justice,” but urged his followers to “avoid violence.” “We are saddened and disappointed by this decision. It is a pattern involving young black men that is too often repeating itself,” Jackson wrote. “Avoid violence, it will lead to more tragedies,” he wrote. “Find a way for self construction not deconstruction in this time of despair.” So far 109,000 people have signed up. 20,000 more people have signed the petition in the last hour and the site has crashed numerous time.

There finally going to prosecute the JackAss who killed the Jennifer Hudsons Mother Darnell, Brother Jason & Nephew Julian Hudson after 3 1/2 years. I know Jennifer and Julia Hudson must be grieving at the thought of even having to face him after all this time has passed without there loved ones by there side. I get inferiorated just thinking about someone laying a hand on one of my family members, so I can only imagine your worst fear being multiplied by 3. Young Julian Hudson only 7 years old at the time would be all of 10 years old now. He had only just begun living at that age realizing what was right and wrong, being held accountable for his actions. 7 is just the age you reach when your old enough to play outside by yourself in most neighborhoods. Who would of thought at such a tender age one would be taken as violently and horrendously as young Julian Hudson was from this earth. Rest In Peace and may Justice be Served in your memory.-Mobetta

A judge on Thursday ordered a man charged in the 2008 Chicago slayings of Jennifer Hudson’s mother and two other family members to stand trial in April, despite the objections of his attorney, who said she was not ready. After listening to William Balfour’s attorney say she’s still building her case, a clearly exasperated Cook County Judge William Charles Burns said it didn’t appear she was making any progress and set a date. Burns, who suggested he wanted to start the trial next month, instead ordered jury selection to start April 9 and testimony to begin April 23. He said he expected the trial to last about three or four weeks.
Amy Thompson, a deputy public defender, said despite working 12 to 14 hours a day on the case, she could not answer that she was ready for trial, as prosecutors had done. “We’re not prepared for trial at this time,” she said. Balfour, 30, is the estranged husband of Hudson’s sister, Julia Hudson. A judge on Thursday ordered a man charged in the 2008 Chicago slayings of Jennifer Hudson’s mother and two other family members to stand trial in April, despite the objections of his attorney, who said she was not ready. After listening to William Balfour’s attorney say she’s still building her case, a clearly exasperated Cook County Judge William Charles Burns said it didn’t appear she was making any progress and set a date. Burns, who suggested he wanted to start the trial next month, instead ordered jury selection to start April 9 and testimony to begin April 23. He said he expected the trial to last about three or four weeks.
Amy Thompson, a deputy public defender, said despite working 12 to 14 hours a day on the case, she could not answer that she was ready for trial, as prosecutors had done. “We’re not prepared for trial at this time,” she said. Balfour, 30, is the estranged husband of Hudson’s sister, Julia Hudson. There finally going to prosecute the JackAss who killed the Jennifer Hudsons Mother Darnell, Brother Jason & Nephew Julian Hudson after 3 1/2 years. I know Jennifer and Julia Hudson must be grieving at the thought of even having to face him after all this time has passed without there loved ones by there side. I get inferiorated just thinking about someone laying a hand on one of my family members, so I can only imagine your worst fear being multiplied by 3. Young Julian Hudson only 7 years old at the time would be all of 10 years old now. He had only just begun living at that age realizing what was right and wrong, being held accountable for his actions. 7 is just the age you reach when your old enough to play outside by yourself in most neighborhoods. Who would of thought at such a tender age one would be taken as violently and horrendously as young Julian Hudson was from this earth. Rest In Peace and may Justice be Served in your memory.-Mobetta
