Man Killed After Shoot out W/State Trooper
Man Killed After He Opened Fire On State Trooper:
Dramatic footage from the dash cam of an Oregon state trooper shows the moment a fatigues-clad man unholstered a pistol and opened fire on the officer, who managed to fatally shoot the suspect when the gunfire erupted.
John Van Allen, 34, was driving his three children — a 10-year-old girl and two boys, ages 13 and 15 — when Trooper Matthew Zistel pulled him over for speeding on I-84 in The Dalles, about 90 miles east of Portland, on Aug. 29, The Oregonian reported.
But Allen, a former soldier with the U.S. Army, stepped out of his vehicle and refused to move when the 26-year-old officer told him to get back behind the wheel.
“Sir, please get back in your car for me now,” Zistel pleaded, according to the clip aired on KGW-TV.
Suddenly, Allen pulled out a handgun and started squeezing off several shots at the officer, hitting him in the left side.
Allen continues to fire as he sprints toward the wounded officer and off camera. A few more shots are heard until Allen falls back into the frame and crouches in front of the car.
The shooter darts back into his sedan and peels away, but cops found him slouched behind the wheel and bleeding from a bullet wound to his chest just a half-mile up the road.
Allen died at the scene. Zistel, a five-year veteran officer, was treated for his wound at a hospital, where he was expected to recover.
Tiffany Still Swiff Haines, a friend of Allen’s, told The Oregonian that the father of five had moved to Portland a year ago from his home in Pittsburgh.
She said the man was looking to turn his life around after a bad marriage and a few arrests for driving offenses and fighting.
Damn the world we living in today I tell ya. I pray for the officer's and this man's family. May thery all find some kind of peace with the events of what transpired that day.

This is horrible, I am a comedian myself. So to see him brutally verbally attack his own children on stage I was a bit taken back as just about everyone in the audience was when those words flowed out of his mouth. I understand we all go through issues with our family but we either get over them or move on. Harboring over an issue with family is an easy solve as long as you know how to approach learn and re-approach if necessary to address the situation. But that's kind of hard to do after the person you trusted to raise, care and love you says such hurtful things that Mike Epps Uttered out of his mouth. The fact he thought it ok to belittle his eldest children and the mothers who brought them into this world shows you how altered his mind set has become in this industry. Its a shame but all this will come back and bite him in the ass, guaranteed one way or another. Check this ridiculous clip after the break.

Dubz: "Well I was always a big fan of eastcoast rap. The way they held the game down, handled the beat, dressed and all of that. The Diplomats were most def my biggest inspiration but i mean the way I dress is my own I cant say my swag came from the east but my eyes were definitely looking in that direction growing up.

Dubz:"Mos Defiantly my three children. My three lilttle boys, Jalen, Jarius, and La'Von Williams. That's my inspiration just to be able to give my kids a better life than I ever had. Dubz:"Of course my moms Anjanet Rakestraw she's always been there for me through thick and thin. I mean I come from a family of 8 including myself, and my mom tried her hardest to give us the best life should could. She did all she could all on her own I didn't have my pops growing up but who does now a days. One thing about moms is that she never tried taking from us, she always wanted us to have to the world. She always pushed me and supported me to follow my dreams."
Ms_Mobetta:Who do you think you could go toe to toe with if you had a choice or have you gone toe to toe with another rapper before? (If So who?)
Dubz:"I've never been toe to toe with another rapper. Hahaha and I really don't plan to. I really don't try paying attention to other people and what they do I just do me. I mean I feel like I can hang with the best of them. I mean I got so much to get out there, I got a story that I want heard. But I've been told I sound like Drake, Styles P, Camron, Jay-Z ect......... I take it as a compliment but at the same time I feel like I have my own style and voice but it is what it is."
