Looking at them before (Pic Above) I didn't think they could pull it off, but they actually all did a pretty Phenomenal job, Lil Mama the best out of all them; I'm not just saying that because she played Left Eye, but because she played the $^#% out of  Lisa "Left Eye" Lopez I almost thought they resurrected her again for a second.  I kept having to remind myself that it wasn't her

KeKe Palmer did her thing as Rozanda "Chilli Thomas" it was good to see her in her first break out role as adult actress.  Playing such a familiar well known character (person) was a great start for her.

I had my doubts when I first heard of who all was casted.   I changed my tune after watching the movie I can really tell that she had put her all in to it and I honestly cant think of who could of been better casted for "Chilli" other then KeKe Palmer.

I think what had me hung up at first was letting go of the fact she wasn't a child any more.  Standing before me was no longer Akeelah from "Akeelah & the Bee" or  Lil Girl from "Barbershop", but  a beautiful young woman playing a woman I think very fondly of Rozanda "Chilli" Thomas whose music I grew up on and evolved with.

At first I was thinking she wouldn't be able to do and not because I didn't think she was a great actress.  It's just I hadn't had the time to acclimate myself to her character outside of T-Boz and I've heard of her and seen her as herself in "The Game".
But I have to admit I fell in love with Drew Sidora in her playing T-Boz because it allowed me to see her really take ownership in her craft.  She really drew me in her portrayal of T-Boz I really do want to know more about her.
You know what she looked more and more like T-Boz throughout the movie to me especially towards the middle.  When they came out and said they were broke.  So Yea I'll be looking for more from all these ladies but especially Drew..#Kisses

I have to give props to the magnificent portrayal that Lil Mama Did again.  There were literally parts of the movie especially when she was in Honduras when I had to go "Did they take actual footage of Lisa, from the actual tapes".  "From God's lips to your ears", Lil Mama is a force to be reckoned with and we have yet to see the "precipice" of her potential.

All I can say is I'm looking forward to the next project she has up her sleeve.  I pray she continues on this path with her acting career, I think she'd make an amazing actress if this is what she wishes to continue to do.

Not to say her singing/rapping career couldn't flourish but honestly its too much going on in the music game right now for anybody to give her the respect she commands.  Too many haters and salty players.  So I wish you the best of luck and love Ma! @Ms_Mobetta "One of your Biggest Fans".

Jay-Z Changes Name
( 4UMF NEWS ) Jay-Z Changes Name:

It’s official, people: we don’t call him Jay-Z anymore. Nah. It’s strictly Jay Z.
Yup, that’s right, Jay-Z has officially dropped the hyphen in his name. So it’s no longer Jay-Z. It’s Jay Z.
Got it? Good.

George Zimmerman killed Trayvon Martin and will pay for his crime….
NACCP Petition To Have Civil Rights Charges Against George Zimmerman

Via ABC reports: The NAACP was “outraged” over the not-guilty verdict in the George Zimmerman murder trial and called on the Department of Justice to prosecute Zimmerman for shooting Trayvon Martin. “We are outraged and heartbroken over today’s verdict,” NAACP President Benjamin Jealous said in a statement. “We will pursue civil rights charges with the Department of Justice, we will continue to fight for the removal of Stand Your Ground laws in every state, and we will not rest until racial profiling in all its forms is outlawed,” Jealous said.

A civil rights probe had previously been opened by the Department of Justice and a spokeswoman said the department would continue to “evaluate the evidence generated during the federal investigation, as well as the evidence and testimony from the state trial.” Zimmerman shot and killed Martin in Sanford on Feb. 26, 2012. Zimmerman, 29, maintains he shot Martin, 17, in self-defense, while the state argued that Zimmerman “profiled” Martin and concluded he was a criminal. The case took on racial overtones after police declined to charge Zimmerman, who is white and Hispanic. Martin was black.

A woman named Barbara told ABC News she had traveled from Georgia to be outside the courthouse for the verdict. “I just thought we were going to get some kind of justice,” she said, calling it a “cruel system.” Martin’s parents were not in the courtroom when the verdict was read, however his father, Tracy Martin, tweeted after that he was “brokenhearted.” “Even though I am broken hearted my faith is unshattered I WILL ALWAYS LOVE MY BABY TRAY,” Martin wrote. “Thanks to everyone who are with us and who will be with us so we together can make sure that this doesn’t happen again,” he said. Rev. Jesse Jackson tweeted that the “American legal system has once again failed justice,” but urged his followers to “avoid violence.” “We are saddened and disappointed by this decision. It is a pattern involving young black men that is too often repeating itself,” Jackson wrote. “Avoid violence, it will lead to more tragedies,” he wrote. “Find a way for self construction not deconstruction in this time of despair.” So far 109,000 people have signed up. 20,000 more people have signed the petition in the last hour and the site has crashed numerous time.

I was a bit skeptical at first just because how slow it was starting out, but once you got the idea of what was going on (after the first 30-40 minutes) you understand why they laid it out as they did; It makes the movie that more intriguing.  My non-existent ass was at the edge of my seat.  The characters just as in actual life all had there roles to play and like some not all executed that role with grace. (Click for more)

I'd like to start off by saying what an excellent cast they put together for this film, you'd think there would of been more buzz about it, with Channing Tatum at the helm.  Jude Law, although older now is still easy on the eyes.  I love his complexes he has in all his characters.  This one differed only because here was a man trying to get his life back , he was persistent in finding out the truth that lead to his demise.

Not everyone has the will to undo what damage was done to our lives.  We find it much easier to go on and pray that God picks up the pieces instead of getting to the root of the problem ourselves.  Its almost scary the effect we allow others to have on us.  Catherine Zeta Jones we all know she's a certified freak so her character in this movie came as no surprise, but none the less it was a very convincing role.  Dare I say she's even more sexier to me after viewing this film.
Rooney Mara I'm only guessing that's chick who played Channing's wife in the movie because there's four names and four faces on the box; I would find it quite confusing if it weren't who they were talking about.  But she was  a breath of fresh air, if they had not gotten her to play that part, the whole movie could of turned out to be an epic fail.  I'm picturing in my mind Julia Stiles or Jessica Biel trying to act out this complex intriguing story line and holding my interest at the same time.  Even in my head I cant see it being so beautifully done.  "Side Effects", I have to admit is one of those movies that make you wonder if any one of them in the movie actually won an award for it.. Without giving away much of the movie I hope I've inspired you or sparked a bug in ya to go out to your local #RedBox and make it a #RedBoxMovie Night because this was great movie..

@Drake to play Prez #Obama in Biopic

I know what your thinking, WTF!  But alot of people tend to forget that acting started out as Drakes true passion and got him where he needed to be today as far as globally known.  Hell I grew up watching Degrassi. Jimmy Brooks played by Aubrey Graham AKA Drake I watched him grow from a boy to man in a wheelchair (His character ended up being shot & paralyzed on Degrassi).  Im just saying is the Idea so far fetched idea he's a great Artist but an even greater Actor.  I say we give em a shot it cant be as bad as the guy who played Regan in the movie "Dick".  Im just saying atleast we know who Drake is.

Here’s what Drizzy reportedly said while at the Sundance Film Festival:
“I hope somebody makes a movie about Obama’s life soon because I could play him. That’s the goal. I watch all the addresses. Anytime I see him on TV, I don’t change the channel, I definitely pay attention and listen to the inflections of his voice. If you ask anyone who knows me, I’m pretty good at impressions.”
