One of "The Talk" host Sheryl Underwood under fire lately for the story she shared on #TalkSecrets this past week.  She revealed that her ability and appearance amongst other things where brought to question.  She didn't seem to harbor any ill will she just wanted it to be known that she knew how they felt about her.

When Dmitry Argarkov was sent a letter offering him a credit card, he found the rates not to his liking.

But he didn't throw the contract away or shred it. Instead, the 42-year-old from Voronezh, Russia, scanned it into his computer, altered the terms and sent it back to Tinkoff Credit Systems.

Mr Argarkov's version of the contract contained a 0pc interest rate, no fees and no credit limit. Every time the bank failed to comply with the rules, he would fine them 3m rubles (£58,716). If Tinkoff tried to cancel the contract, it would have to pay him 6m rubles.

Tinkoff apparently failed to read the amendments, signed the contract and sent Mr Argakov a credit card.

"The Bank confirmed its agreement to the client's terms and sent him a credit card and a copy of the approved application form," his lawyer Dmitry Mikhalevich told Kommersant. "The opened credit line was unlimited. He could afford to buy an island somewhere in Malaysia, and the bank would have to pay for it by law."

However, Tinkoff attempted to close the account due to overdue payments. It sued Mr Argakov for 45,000 rubles for fees and charges that were not in his altered version of the contract.

( 4UMF NEWS ) Black Contestants Sue American Idol For Racism:
Ten black former “American Idol” contestants from various seasons have filed a lawsuit against the show, claiming they were unjustly booted because of their race and they each want $25 million minimum.

The contestants have accused producers of conducting a “cruel and inhumane” scheme to exploit them for ratings by illegally digging up their arrest histories and using the records to humiliate them on national TV.

The contestants — Corey Clark (Season 2), Jaered Andrews (Season 2), Jacob John Smalley (Season 2), Donnie Williams (Season 3), Terrell Brittenum (Season 5), Derrell Brittenum (Season 5), Thomas Daniels (Season 6), Akron Watson (Season 6), Ju’Not Joyner (Season 8), and Chris Golightly (Season 9).

The contestants’ lawyer claims the show used the arrest info to make his clients appear to be “violent criminals, liars and sexual deviants” when they weren’t. In fact, none had ever even been convicted of the charges stemming from their arrests.

Worse, the lawyer claims ONLY black people were ever probed about their alleged criminal pasts never white people.
Not only do the contestants feel they got the shaft, they claim their lives have been ruined by the show’s racist portrayals.
The 10 are suing for discrimination and other alleged misdeeds. They also want Idol to adopt new anti-racism regulations.
Reps for FOX and FremantleMedia had no comment.

( 4UMF NEWS ) Miguel Thrown Under Bus By Billboard Awards:


Miguel was ordered not to attempt a dangerous jump over the crowd during his performance at the Billboard Music Awards because producers believed it was too dangerous but the singer ignored them, sources connected to the production say.
Miguel approached producers before rehearsals and asked if he could try to jump over the crowd during his performance but producers shot down the idea, telling Miguel it was just too dangerous.
But when showtime came around, Miguel blew off the order and producers’ fears were realized when he botched the jump and leg dropped a female fan slamming her head against the stage.
Now, the victim’s lawyer says she may have suffered a brain injury as a result and a lawsuit could be on the way.
We reached out to Miguel for comment — but he never called us back.
