Louise Troh told The Associated Press she is "going through stress" being quarantined with her 13-year-old son and nephews.
Authorities have cordoned off the apartment building. Texas State Health Commissioner David Lakey said the containment order will help ensure that the four can be closely watched, including checking them for fevers over the next three weeks
