You have to ask yourself where were the bullets or the guns that you'd believe the police would have? Then as an American you also have to have to wonder would this same scene play out in our country. I can answer that for you and that's hell nawll!! Why do you think the Dept. Of Home Land Security Purchased Billions of "Hollow Point Bullets" well it sure isn't for target practice as they'd like you to believe.. Who waste hollow points on target practice. Not even the most skilled of gunmen would do that willingly.
