Michael Vick Cant Catch a Break!?
In the next coming weeks, thousands are gathering together to protect a speaking engagement that headlined Ex-Football Star Michael Vick. The Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce Evening of Champions is the last thing, the majority of Raleigh feels ts right to have associated with a "Tarnished" Champion. The February 12th event is still on schedule w/ Michael Still being the Keynote speaker and the City of Raleigh Released a Statement:
"The Chamber stands by its decision to have the former NFL quarterback speak, saying on their Facebook page that they selected Vick “knowing that some would disagree, but our steering committee felt that his career story offers our guests an informative perspective about the excesses of fame and money in celebrity culture.”

LYON, France – A regional security alert has been issued by INTERPOL at the request of Iraq following a mass breakout from two Iraqi prisons involving hundreds of dangerous prisoners, many of them members of Al-Qaida.
During the night of 21 July, gunmen attacked the Taji and Abu Ghraib prisons near Baghdad using mortars to gain access and free the prisoners, killing at least 20 members of the Iraqi security forces in the process. INTERPOL said the jailbreaks constituted a major threat to global security.
Many of the escaped prisoners were senior-level Al-Qaida members, some of whom had been sentenced to death.
Following confirmation of the escape from INTERPOL’s National Central Bureau in Baghdad, the Command and Coordination Centre at the General Secretariat headquarters issued the alert to member countries in the region to warn them of the threat posed by the fugitives.
INTERPOL is working closely with NCB Baghdad to collect information on the escaped prisoners, including photographs and fingerprints, with the view to issuing a global Orange Notice, to assist law enforcement officers regionally and worldwide in their search and eventual identification of the fugitives.
An Orange Notice can be issued by INTERPOL’s General Secretariat or an NCB for any act or event that poses a serious and imminent threat to the safety of citizens around the world.
A resolution underlining the need for member countries to alert the General Secretariat to prison escapes of suspected terrorists and other dangerous criminals was adopted at the INTERPOL General Assembly in 2006.

I just like how convenient this is, I'm shocked there saying its Al Qaida seeing as though are government came out as recently as 3-4 months ago saying we supported Al Qaida (Click Link See Video) So the question then becomes "Why should we be frightened from something we supported?" "Why is it were closing down embassies and consulates around the world in 18 different countries?" That doesn't make any kind of sense to me. I'm just awaiting the day that everyone else will be able to make sense of it all. That's the only time we'll see a change in this world. When everyone stops allowing themselves to getting played from seeing the bigger picture..

Rapper 50 Cent’s arraignment on domestic violence and vandalism charges has been postponed until Aug. 5, the Los Angeles city attorney said Monday.
Defense attorneys for the rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, requested the delay so they can arrange for Jackson to appear in court, among other reasons, officials said.
Jackson was charged with one count of domestic violence and four counts of vandalism earlier this month in connection with a June 23 incident at his former girlfriend’s Toluca Lake condo.
Jackson and his former girlfriend — whom the rapper dated for three years and with whom he has a child — were arguing when the woman locked herself in the bathroom. Jackson allegedly kicked open the door and kicked her before someone called police.
Authorities say Jackson also destroyed $7,100 worth of property, including chandeliers, furniture, lamps and a television. He left the scene before police arrived.
Jackson faces up to five years in jail and $46,000 in fines, according to prosecutors

I received an email from a friend who is in the legal field. He covers court cases for another media entity. It finally dawned on him yesterday that the whole Kenya Moore eviction debacle is just another stunt to boost TV ratings and to draw attention to “Real Housewives of Atlanta” tv series. This shouldn’t surprise anyone. I’ve been saying this all along about reality TV shows using the court system to boost ratings. Read the email after the break.

It finally dawned on him yesterday that the whole Kenya Moore eviction debacle is just another stunt to boost TV ratings and to draw attention to “Real Housewives of Atlanta” tv series. This shouldn’t surprise anyone. I’ve been saying this all along about reality TV shows using the court system to boost ratings. Read the email after the break.
I received a tip the other day that Kenya Moore would be in eviction court in Fulton County fighting her landlord in a dispute over monies. Since I was in the building at the time, I went over to the courtroom and watched the proceedings. At first I felt sorry for Kenya Moore as it appeared that her landlord in question was just being petty with the filing.
Even the presiding judge didn’t really understand why a case involving such a small amount was before him, especially since the landlord alleged through her attorney (she never showed up personally) that Kenya owed 800.00 in utility fees. Conveniently, Kenya told the judge she would be voluntarily moving today (July 11) and that she would surrender the keys. However, after the court went into recess, I wanted to interview Kenya myself about what had transpired. A guy by the name of __________ who he identified himself as her brother said Kenya would be doing an interview downstairs once she came outside.
What I didn’t realize was that there was Bravo production crew outside the courthouse and someone by the name ________ told me that if I wanted to talk with Kenya, I would have to sign a release and confidentiality agreement, which of course I refused to do so. As I told her, I was there reporting on a story and was not interested in being on the “Real Housewives of Atlanta.”
What I decided to do … was to ask her my question anyways.
Once [another reporter] concluded his questions for Kenya, I shot my question to her while the Bravo cameras were still rolling and asked her about the dispute involving her late fees her landlord is alleging she still owes.
While she didn’t answer my question directly, her attorney did respond and she just nodded in agreement to her response.
Here is where it got ugly, the Bravo producer, identified as _________, became indignant with me and said what I did was “whack” and that I should have signed the release if I wanted to ask her a question. Why the heck would I do such a thing?
Again I told her that I was not there for the purposes of being on the reality show and said that as a reporter I was there covering a story.
I truly believe that the entire court case was staged and possibly even her “landlord” might have been in on it.
By the way, I also believe Kirk and Rasheeda are faking their marital woes. I was in California during the BET Awards weekend and I received a call from their attorney who happens to represent ____________ saying she had a story for me. I said which one of them did she represent and she said both. That raised a red flag for me because if they are in fact getting a divorce, why is she representing both of them? She never told me what exactly the story was, but that there would be a filing very soon with the court. My only guess is that they will be filing a bogus divorce as well
