I just find that this was perfect timing considering the new season of empire is set to air in within the next month or so.  I'd say if it is a legitimate case then she got some money coming her way.  But her story isn't unique in the sense she's not the first female drug pin who got arrested for placing a hit on somebody.  I'll keep you up to date on the case and where it goes.  I say we start a pool on what's going to transpire.  Do you think this case is legit? Or will it get thrown out?

Rapper The Game Sued For Sexual Assualt

    

Reportedly The Game got a little handsy with a contestant during a scene on his new Reality TV dating show "She's Got Game".  Now I know The Game is a creep, which begs me to ask what type of women wants to get a chance at dating him knowing that.  I mean we watched 3 seasons of Marrying the Game and that didn't happen and she has 2 kids with him. 

TMZ Reports:

The Game is being accused of sexually assaulting a contestant on his reality show, and the alleged victim is suing for $10,000,000.

According to a lawsuit filed in federal court in Illinois, Priscilla Rainey says she was cast on Game’s show, “She’s Got Game” earlier this year — and on May 22, she was shooting a scene in a sports bar. 

In the docs, Rainey says Game was “out of control,” drunk, and on drugs. She says over the course of the evening, Game sexually assaulted her several times … including “forcefully reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks.”
We’ve reached out to Game for a response to the suit … nothing back yet

So knowing he doesn't give the Mother of his children the respect she deserves to make it work, what put it in yours or any of the other contestants minds that it'd be any different for you?  Now the only way I can see this being a viable case in court is if she immediately resigned from the shoot, directly following the scene.

  If she didn't have a problem while shooting the only way I can see she had a problem with it after the fact is if she got voted off.  Which leads to another question of whether this was done out of spite because of the latter.

( 4UMF NEWS ) Man Switched At Birth Gets Paid After Living In Poverty:
Japanese man born into a wealthy family was accidentally swapped at birth and ended up living a life of absolute poverty.
The now-60-year-old — who should have enjoyed a lavish lifestyle just like his three true biological brothers — instead suffered intense hardship and became an unmarried truck driver.

He only realized the decades-old mistake last year when his biological family‘s three younger siblings had DNA tests done on their older brother because he looked nothing like them.
They then checked out hospital records and identified the 60-year-old as being their real relative.
A Tokyo district court this week ordered the hospital where the man was born to pay him more than $300,000 in damages for its 1953 error.

Bosses confessed he’d been switched with another baby boy born just 13 minutes later.
Despite now building a bond with his biological family, the man said he still wished he could “roll back the clock.”
“I might have had a different life. I want (the hospital) to roll back the clock to the day I was born,” according to the Tokyo Times.

That's messed up when I read the "Headline" I was thinking to myself  "Oh he's some young guy who just found out".  Who's biological family was so attached to the one they raised they didn't want anything to do with hm so he sued them and or the hospital.  But it was actually his biological family who went in search of him.

Police have revealed it was no coincidence that they searched Justin Bieber and his entourage at the airport on Friday.

Plain clothes officers and a dog squad swooped on the singer and his crew’s luggage as they unloaded on the curb of the airport in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. TMZ reports law enforcement did not decide to randomly search the luggage but were instead responding to a tip off.
According to the site: ‘The reason cops searched the bags is because they received an anonymous tip someone in Justin’s party had drugs in their luggage. ‘Justin’s bags, along with the bags of his entourage, were searched. Cops found nothing.’ This is not the first time police have searched Justin and his crew.

In July U.S. border authorities found marijuana on his tour bus as it tried to enter the United States from Canada. The 19-year-old was not on the bus at the time when police found and seized a small amount of marijuana, as well as drug paraphernalia. The driver was issued a civil penalty and the bus and its passengers were released.

Then, in April, while on his European tour, Swedish police found a small amount of the same drugs on an empty tour bus used by the singer but they did not take action in the matter. This time of course everyone with the singer was cleared. Not that Justin was worried.

While his entourage stood by and watched the search, the baby singer was oblivious to the drama as he had gone to meet fans.

This isn't a coincidence I honestly think there using these situations as an example all American Civil liberties by targeting celebrities and pretending to take away theres.  If they honestly cared about Justin Bieber and his drug habits it wouldn't be hard to track where ever or whomever he gets them from seeing as though the government has been caught transporting and bringing in the drugs.  Hell there the one's dispensing them and the fact there's been a drug war for so long is a joke.

Sick of last night’s leftover lomain taking up space in your fridge? Now you can trade it for someone else’s leftovers.

In an effort to reduce food waste, co-founders Dan Newman and Bryan Summersett, a Seattle-based programmer, have created Leftover Swap, a free app that lets diners trade or give away their excess grub by taking food photos and uploading them to the database

“If you have a little community in your neighborhood and you don't want to eat the same lasagna for a week, why not trade that with another family?” Co-founder Dan Newman told the Daily News

Good samaritans looking to lighten their leftover load can simply snap a food photo and post it to the app’s database while hungry browsers can arrange a pickup or delivery much like a Craigslist interaction.

Newman and Summersett came up with the freegan-inspired idea as a joke after ordering too much pizza three years ago while roomates at the University of Michigan. They’ve since realized they could be feeding a greater cause.
“Besides the 40% of food we waste, there is 16% of the American population without enough food to live a healthy lifestyle, which is mind boggling,” says Newman, hoping the app will be a small step towards reducing world hunger by sharing meals with neighbors.

Gang of hair robbers known as “piranhas” have been stealing women’s luscious locks in the Venezuelan city of Maracaibo.

Police in the Venezuelan city of Maracaibo are hunting a gang of thieves who have been targeting woman to steal their hair.

According to news site Globovision, the robbers, known as "piranhas", are responsible for a spate of hair robberies in the South American community, believed to have been triggered by the growing demand for human hair extensions.

They are said to hunt for long-haired victims at shopping malls before using often violent means to get the hair.

Many victims have been held by gunpoint and forced to tie their hair into a ponytail in order to cut it off.  The hair is later sold to beauty salons to be used for extensions

Human hair can fetch anything from $500- $800 depending on the length. The extensions are weaved into the hair of men and women.

Mariana Rodriguez said she was caught off guard by two women while she was shopping.

"I thought they were going to steal my cell phone, because I had it in my hand at the time, but they took out scissors," she said.

"They did not give me a chance to think or to run or anything. And when I looked, I no longer had any hair. More than 8 inches gone."

Police are now warning women to avoid wearing their hair down or in a ponytail until the thieves have been apprehended.

Maracaibo Mayor Eveling de Rosales said: "As part of our operation of citizen security, we are giving them a forceful response, posting men and women to keep watch and stop this from continuing to happen," she said.

We’re glad he’s okay but this must have been quite a scare… Usher’s oldest son is currently in the hospital recovering after a scary pool accident.

Via TMZ reports: Usher’s son Usher Raymond V is in the ICU at an Atlanta hospital after a serious accident in the singer’s pool Monday, TMZ has learned. Sources tell TMZ, the accident occurred around 6 PM yesterday. Usher was not home at the time. Here’s what we know. The child was playing in the pool with his aunt and saw a toy in the drain. He dove down to get the toy and his arm got stuck in the drain. The aunt immediately dove in to the rescue him but couldn’t get his hand out. The maid then dove in and tried but was also unsuccessful. The maid screamed for help. Two men working in the house came out, dove in and freed the boy. He was given CPR immediately and rushed to the hospital. Usher arrived and drove in the ambulance with his son. 5-year-old Usher Raymond V is the oldest of Usher’s two sons with ex-wife Tameka Raymond. We’re told Usher and Tameka are currently at the hospital. Doctors have been running a series of tests and doctor’s say he’ll be ok. This is the second accident to strike children in Usher’s family. Tameka’s 11-year-old son Kile from a previous relationship passed away last year from injuries sustained during a jet ski accident. ( 4UMF NEWS ) Man Aiming At Ex Mistakenly Shoots Girlfriend:
A San Antonio man faces criminal charges after he accidentally shot his girlfriend while aiming a weapon at his ex-girlfriend.
Local authorities say the incident took place early yesterday morning at the 1600 block of Amanda Street.

The man’s ex-girlfriend had unexpectedly arrived at his house and a verbal altercation ensued.
At one point the man left to retrieve his shotgun, only to be met with resistance from his current girlfriend upon his return.
Investigators say the woman tried to prevent her boyfriend from shooting his ex-girlfriend, and was “unintentionally” shot in the chest by her boyfriend in the process.
She was rushed to the hospital in critical condition, but her status has since been upgraded to “stable.”
Police were initially unsure if the man would be charged with a crime, but have since decided to arrest him on suspicion of aggravated assault.
