Woman Sue's Empire & Fox Claiming to be Real Cookie
I just find that this was perfect timing considering the new season of empire is set to air in within the next month or so. I'd say if it is a legitimate case then she got some money coming her way. But her story isn't unique in the sense she's not the first female drug pin who got arrested for placing a hit on somebody. I'll keep you up to date on the case and where it goes. I say we start a pool on what's going to transpire. Do you think this case is legit? Or will it get thrown out?

Terrence Howard is at the center of shocking, yet not surprising claims alleging he’s responsible for giving herpes to another random sex partner (described as “an African-American female security guard”).
We’re told that the hook-up happened on the FOX network set of Empire. It all went down inside Howard’s trailer. Just ask Lee Daniels, who reportedly “caught” Howard and the security guard having UNPROTECTED sex …

Below pictures his ex posted of herpes like sores on her face.. smdh you'd think if the security guard was going to have sex with him, she'd had sense enough to wear a condom or do it off the set. Is Terrance Howard going to pay your bills? I highly doubt it, he's not that type of dude. He apparently goes around like a sex addict giving chicks herpes for the hell of it

Ten black former “American Idol” contestants from various seasons have filed a lawsuit against the show, claiming they were unjustly booted because of their race and they each want $25 million minimum.
The contestants have accused producers of conducting a “cruel and inhumane” scheme to exploit them for ratings by illegally digging up their arrest histories and using the records to humiliate them on national TV.
The contestants — Corey Clark (Season 2), Jaered Andrews (Season 2), Jacob John Smalley (Season 2), Donnie Williams (Season 3), Terrell Brittenum (Season 5), Derrell Brittenum (Season 5), Thomas Daniels (Season 6), Akron Watson (Season 6), Ju’Not Joyner (Season 8), and Chris Golightly (Season 9).
The contestants’ lawyer claims the show used the arrest info to make his clients appear to be “violent criminals, liars and sexual deviants” when they weren’t. In fact, none had ever even been convicted of the charges stemming from their arrests.
Worse, the lawyer claims ONLY black people were ever probed about their alleged criminal pasts never white people.
Not only do the contestants feel they got the shaft, they claim their lives have been ruined by the show’s racist portrayals.
The 10 are suing for discrimination and other alleged misdeeds. They also want Idol to adopt new anti-racism regulations.
Reps for FOX and FremantleMedia had no comment.
